Joining our club involves becoming a member of British Gymnastics, the national governing body for gymnastics in the UK.
British Gymnastics membership fee which includes insurance cover for 2020/21, has been reduced to £15 (Recreational) and £35 (Competitive). This reduced fee is available for existing members who renew their membership by October 31st 2020.
THE BRITISH GYMNASTICS WEBSITE FOR REGISTRATION WILL OPERATE AS FOLLOWS
Existing members
British Gymnastics will contact existing members by email with details of when and how to renew their membership for 2020/21. This process will be staggered to manage demand on the system. All registration fees must be paid directly to British Gymnastics at the time of registration
If you do not receive an Email from British Gymnastics please contact them and complete your membership renewal without delay.
Failure to renew your BG membership by October 1st may mean you will be unable to participate in lessons even if your class fees are up to date
New Members (From October 1st 2020)

The club is registered with British Gymnastics and they will notify us as soon as your registration is completed.
ALL BRITISH GYMNASTICS REGISTRATION FEES MUST BE PAID DIRECTLY TO BRITISH GYMNASTICS AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION/RENEWAL
British Gymnastics registration is essential to enable your child to continue attending our classes.
The registration system on the British Gymnastics website should be quick and easy to use, and can be accessed on a computer, or any mobile device with internet.
British Gymnastics will activate the membership immediately, as well as sending membership confirmation by both post and email. British Gymnastics will notify us when you have completed your registration.

OPEN DAYS WILL BE HELD DURING THE LAST TWO WEEKS OF TERM (government guidelines allowing)
Badges
Lists of children who have passed badges will be displayed on the white board at the gym. If you want your child to have their badge presented on Open Day then please pay for their badge by the indicated dates..
Badges cost £2.50 each. Please also make sure that your child's names are spelled correctly.
Open Day (currently suspended)
You are invited to come and watch your child's last lesson of term. During those weeks, you can come to watch your child's lesson, where you will see them participate in t
heir lesson and collect any badges earned. - Please check notice boards/messages for dates of individual classes
There will be a collection of 50p per person coming to watch on Open Day. (All proceeds during the Autumn term will be donated to 'Children with Cancer' )
Please be prepared to take your shoes off before entering the gym.
FEES for Spring 2021
If you want your child to continue lessons you will need to pay the term fees by direct bank transfer by 14th December 2020.
If you no longer want your place in the class then please email the gym@eaststaffsgymnastics.co.uk

Failure to pay your fees by the due date may result in the loss of your place.
Costs have been emailed to each class.

Our programme will be tailored to respond to the requests of parents to return to regular lessons. A list of class times and fees has been notified to all members.
